01
Confirm the workspace owner
Choose one person who owns setup decisions for the first launch. This owner should confirm the company name, primary team, and the first sales motion StarrPoint will support.
Keep ownership narrow during setup so access, scoring, and reward decisions do not stall.
02
Invite managers before reps
Managers should understand the first board, point rules, and coaching rhythm before reps join. Invite them first so they can review the rollout plan and prepare team communication.
Once managers are ready, invite reps with a clear explanation of what will be tracked and how points will be used.
03
Choose the first behavior to score
Start with one behavior that is easy to recognize and connected to pipeline movement. Good first behaviors include booked meetings, qualified opportunities, completed follow-up, or renewal risk actions.
A narrow first rule helps the team trust the leaderboard before you add more scoring logic.
